Administration Assistant

22.50 hours per week, term time only

 

Level 2A points 10 – 13 (£16,863 - £17,391 per annum pro rata)

 

We are looking to appoint an Administration Assistant to work within our office team. The role involves general office duties required for the effective running of our school.

 

The successful candidates will be team-focused, organised, and efficient, with excellent IT skills and dedicated to provide an excellent customer service to all stakeholders both internally and externally.

 

The hours for the role are 12.00pm to 4.30pm - Monday to Friday, term time only.

 

We are a large primary school of 911 pupils currently on roll consisting of two buildings on a large site with unique facilities.

 

We are committed to the safeguarding of children and adopt safer recruitment procedures.  All posts are subject to enhanced DBS clearance.

Teaching Assistant (Medical Needs)

 

Level 2B points 11 – 14 (£17,007 - £17,681 per annum) pro rata

Level 3A points 15 - 18 (£17,972 - £18,870 per annum) pro rata

 

32.5 hours per week term-time only

 

We are looking to appoint an NVQ Level 2 or NVQ Level 3 Teaching Assistant (1:1) to join our team. The role involves supporting pupils with special educational needs across the school. Willingness to administer medicines and to complete medical tasks will be required (full training will be provided), with a willingness to be flexible at times.

 

The successful candidate may be required to move through the school with the child and will be required to ensure that every effort is made to ensure the child can access and is included in all curriculum elements.
