An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and reliable person to join our lunchtime team.  You will be expected to play a full role in the education, personal and social development of the pupils at King’s Oak Primary School.  The successful candidate will be required to interact and support pupils across the school in the dining hall and outside on the playground, including behaviour management and administering first aid.

Data Administrator

Level 3D points 18 - 21 (£18,870 - £20,541 per annum pro rata)

 

 

We are looking for a new Data Administrator to work within our busy school environment. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the school’s data input and be able to interrogate the database and produce comprehensive reports as required. They will also provide an efficient, professional and customer focused administrative support for the two Heads of School.

 

We are looking for someone who is team-focused, organised, efficient, with excellent IT and communication skills.

 

The role is Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.00pm with a 30-minute lunch break.

 

We are a large primary school of 911 pupils currently on roll consisting of two buildings on a large site with unique facilities.

Family Support Worker (Attendance & Family Liaison)

We are looking to appoint a Family Support Worker to join our team at King’s Oak Primary School. The successful candidate will provide early intervention that is a child-centred service that builds a positive partnership between home and school to support children's development and learning. The role will support families showing early signs of difficulty, signposting them to help and support when necessary.

 

The role will work to improve attendance through the effective working with pupils, families, and other agencies, including analysing data to guide interventions.

 

We are looking for someone who has recent and relevant experience of working with children and families. You will need to be organised, empathetic, excellent IT skills, and good interpersonal and communication skills with a wide range of audiences.

 

The hours for the role are 8.00am to 3.30pm - Monday to Friday, term time only.
